metal version of vivi’s theme from final fantasy 9
picked this up today. here are my two cents after about 2 hours of play time. the songs are awesome as expected. but i wish some of the other games in the FF universe were included for instance FF mystic quest or FF Legend 1,2, or 3. etc. it shows there is an option to purchase extra songs but i was disconnected, maybe there are no extra songs available yet. overall i find the gameplay okay but nothing with a lot of replay value. sure all the songs are different but its the same exact “minigames” everytime. the intro and outros of each game are kinda boring. and i feel like a couple of the songs couldve been switched out with a few better ones. like FF 6 couldve used something better than Celes’ theme for example. i dont know.
seems like everyone on tumblr is enjoying it. i’m not unhappy with it at all. but i dont think its worth $40 and i dont feel like it has a whole lot of replay value.
Lost Odyssey - Battle Conditions.
one of the best video game songs i’ve ever heard. too bad the song is only used twice (as far as i can remember) in the whole game but it makes both battles very memorable.
its amazing how old video game music like this had so much character.

People actually like Hope Estheim from FF13?
thats hard to believe. i prefer cecil(4), locke(6), sabin (6), zack (7cc), etc. you know, characters that arent huge cry babies. i mean sure, they improved on him in 13-2 but it doesnt make him even remotely one of the best characters in the series.
Unsure about Vivi from FF9
a lot of people think he’s the best in the whole series. i can recognize that his magic is awesome but he really is a huge pussy. He is the “Hope” (FF13) of FF9
Finally made my pure love for Chrono Trigger a part of my body. let me know what you all think!
